Due to the coronavirus being active in San Diego we are taking extra precautions to protect our customers and employees from possible infection. As essential infrastructure workers we will continue to conduct business while adopting recommendations per CDC guidelines which includes regularly monitoring the health of our staff, use of facial coverings, shoe covers, gloves, and sanitizing sprays for tools vehicles and workspaces.

From the first news of this situation, we have taken extra steps and precautions to ensure that your family’s health is well protected while we visit your home. Thanks to the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and the efforts of our team, we equipped our staff with the PPE and tools they need to continue to provide you great service while limiting possible exposure.

Customer comfort is our highest priority and we welcome any and all questions or special requests you may have. With that in mind we would like to share with you the steps we are taking to protect your health:

  1. •Employees have been educated on best health practices including increased washing of their hands, advanced tool and vehicle sanitation, and maintaining social distance when at job sites.

  2. •Our employees are informed with the best practices to stay healthy, and employees not feeling well are being asked to stay home.

  3. •All technicians are equipped with appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) including masks, shoe covers, and disposable gloves.

  4. •Trucks, tools, and work surfaces are cleaned as part of our normal course of business. We will maintain rigorous standards of cleaning and disinfecting with extra focus on high-touch, high traffic areas. Cleaning supplies are readily available for all employees.

  5. •Additional sanitizers have been added to our vehicles. PPE is being worn at our office.
